Welcome to St George Church of England Primary School, the village school in the heart of the global city!

At St George Primary School, we believe in enjoying learning together. We aim to make that the common experience of our children, staff, parents and carers, as well as our wider school community. Our core values are: Creativity, Friendship, Courage and Forgiveness.

St George is a small Church of England primary school serving a diverse cultural and religious intake. We pride ourselves on our positive relationships with all the children in our care and we put a great deal of importance on children feeling safe, respected and listened to by all our staff. We celebrate our location in central Bristol, making use of the local community and facilities to enrich our curriculum.

We are committed to partnership between home and school: we believe that children learn best when home and school work together for their benefit.

Children coming to our school bring a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the world around them. It is our aim to share and build on these skills and to develop lifelong learners for the future.

Please feel free to contact our office if you have any further questions or would like to arrange a school visit.
