E Vouchers for Free School Meals Children
during Lockdown 2020
Many of you are experiencing problems logging in and redeeming your FSM voucher codes. Difficulties are with the new national system and we are limited in what we can do. We are working closely with Edenred, the company now in charge of the FSM vouchers, and fully appreciate how frustrating this is. Updates will follow soon.
In order to redeem the eCodes, follow these instructions (they cannot be directly spent in-store).
- Go to http://www.freeschoolmeals.co.uk and enter your 16-digit eCode
- Choose from the selection of supermarket eGift cards and enter the delivery email address at the checkout
- An email with the eGift card(s) will arrive within 24 hours
- The email contains either a barcode, or a link to an online barcode that can be taken in-store to be spent.

Update: Aldi is the latest supermarket to be added to the list of available shops and is now available for parents/ carers to redeem as of today (27 April 2020). McColls will be joining from Wednesday this week (29 April 2020) and can be spent in McColls and Martin’s stores.
Edenred are confident everyone has now received their first eVoucher email. This would have been for £15 per pupil. The next eVouchers are due this week and will be: £60 for 1 child, £120 for 2 children and £180 for three children which will take you up to w/c: 18.05.20.
